Thank you to all of the students who entered the Mark My Words Art Prize for 2011. Once again, the MMW team was inspired by the creativity and thoughtfulness of the entries. It is great to see young people engaging the Bible in such exciting ways.
Due to the smaller than expected number of entries this year, the MMW team has decided not to award prizes in all categories, but to select three overall winners. We are pleased to announce the following winners:-

Simone Thomas – “Your Choice: It’s Up To YOU” (photography) Wins an iPod Touch
TATS/North Pine Anglican Youth – “Legomation” (digital animation) Wins $250 art supplies voucher
Each of these winners displayed evidence of both effective Bible engagement and artist creativity. Congratulations to winners! Unfortunately the limited number of entries means that we really don’t have enough resources to proceed with the Awards/Exhibition night as planned.
Winners will be sent their prizes in the mail. Most entries are available for viewing here on the MMW website. Once again, thanks and well done to all of those that entered this year.
